While Compo and Clegg try to take over Seymour's post as headmaster, they keep missing the returning Foggy-who immediately adds portable radios and bicycle polo to his arsenal of inventions. From training for a barrel-rolling event and playing soccer for charity, to restoring an old boat, the fun never stops.
